Your Account
Your Account page is where you can manage your personal and account details, your password, and your membership and billing information.
Accessing Your Account
- Log into your PlizPlaz.
- Click on “Your Account” on the main menu.
How to Manage Your Profile Details?
You can review and update your personal details in Your Account page, which might include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Company Name (Optional)
- State
- ZIP Code (Optional)
- Brokerage Name (Optional)
- Team or Office Name (Optional)
How to Review Your Membership Details
You can see all the information about current and past PlizPlaz memberships in the Membership and Billing section of Your Account.
The information includes:
- Membership: Displays the type of membership you have (e.g., Genius Plan – Yearly).
- Terms: Outlines the terms of your membership, including any trial periods or fees.
- Status: Indicates the current status of your membership (e.g., ACTIVE).
- Dates: Shows the start date of your membership and the next billing date.
In this section you can also initiate the following actions:
- Update Card See: How to update your card details?
- Change Plan See: How to change your membership plan?
- Cancel Membership See: How to cancel your membership?
How to Change Your Password?
You can update your PlizPlaz account password in the Change Password section of Your Account.
Recommendations for Your Password
- Combination: Use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Length: Aim for a password that is at least 8 characters long.
- Avoid Personal Information: Do not use easily guessable information like your name, birthday, or pet’s name.
- Unique Passwords: Create unique passwords for each account to enhance security.
NOTE: The system will only accept Medium to Strong passwords.
