HELP CENTER MENU
The Content Settings section is where you can customize various aspects of the real estate social media content that PlizPlaz will schedule and post automatically for you.
To customize these settings, first log into your PlizPlaz account, and then navigate to the Content Settings page. On this page, you will find the following sections:
- General Settings
- Personal Message
- Personal Hashtags
- Content Style
- Branding Style
- Social Accounts
General Settings
Social Networks
Choose which social networks you want PlizPlaz to schedule content for. Currently, PlizPlaz can post social media content automatically on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Business Profile, depending on your selected plan.
NOTE: Make sure that the social networks you select in this section are also connected to your PlizPlaz Social Dashboard. Failure to do so may result in errors during content publication. At the same time, if you add or remove a social network in your Social Dashboard, remember to update your selection in the Content Settings section.
Posting Frequency
Specify the days of the week on which you want PlizPlaz to publish content. PlizPlaz can schedule one piece of content (a combination of real estate Posts or Videos, depending on your plan) each day, up to 7 days a week. Genius members will also get their content published as Stories.
Auto-Publish
Each morning, you’ll find a piece of content already scheduled to be published later in the day. You can decide in this section whether you want PlizPlaz to publish automatically all your content or if you prefer to do it manually.
- Yes (Default): This is the default (and our clients’ preferred) option. If you choose the Auto-Publish option, your content will be posted automatically for you.
- No: If you disable the Auto-Publish option, your content will still be scheduled, but you will need to visit your PlazPlaz Social Dashboard to manually click on the Publish button.
Time Zone
Set your preferred time zone to ensure accurate scheduling. PlizPlaz will schedule your social media content to be published at the optimal times during the day, according to the time zone you choose.
Language for Designs
Choose the language you want on your designs and videos.
- English: All text in your designs and videos will be in English.
- Spanish: All text in your designs and videos will be in Spanish.
- Alternate: PlizPlaz will publish content in both languages. Each day, the system will choose the language in your designs or videos.
Language for Descriptions
The “Descriptions” are the text that will appear below or next to your designs and videos. In this section, you can choose between 2 options:
- One Language: All your descriptions will be written in the same language as the one used in your design or video.
- Both Languages: All your descriptions will be written in both languages, matching the language of the design or video first, followed by the translation.
Click Save to submit your selection before you move to a different section.
Content Style
The Content Style section allows you to personalize the visual appearance of your PlizPlaz content by selecting your preferred color palette for your social media content.
There are different options depending on your chosen membership plan:
- Basic Plan: Your content will use the Ivory color palette.
- Expert Plan: You’ll have 4 color palettes to choose from: Ivory (default), Obsydian, Steel, and Rosé.
- Genius Plan: Apart from the options available to Expert members, you can choose the “Match my Logo” option. When choosing this, our team will customize all your PlizPlaz content so it matches your brand identity.
If you don’t have a logo, just tell us (or show us) the color you prefer and our team will work it out for you.
Click Save to submit your selection before you move to a different section.
Personal Message
On Expert plans and above, the Personal Message feature lets you add a unique message to the end of every real estate post or video description. This is a great way to personalize your content and connect with your audience on a deeper level.
Here are some ideas:
- Include a catchy slogan or call to action. For example, “Let’s find your dream home together!”
- Add your name, broker’s name, and contact information. This makes it easy for viewers to reach out.
- Use emojis to add personality and engagement.
Important Notes:
- Your Personal Message will appear on all PlizPlaz-generated posts and videos.
- You can change, edit, or remove your Personal Message at any time in your Content Settings.
- Avoid claims about image authenticity or professional affiliations. Your Personal Message should not imply that images are actual listings or represent your work as a photographer, designer, etc.
- PlizPlaz is not responsible for your Personal Message content, but we reserve the right to remove offensive or inappropriate text.
- Your Personal Message can’t be included on platforms like Threads or Twitter (now X) due to character limits.
Once you write your Personal Message, remember to click Save to submit your changes before you move to a different section.
Personal Hashtags
On Expert plans and above, you can add up to 8 Personal Hashtags.
Personal Hashtags allow you to customize your PlizPlaz content by adding hashtags that are relevant to you. This feature can significantly improve your content’s discoverability and help you reach the right audience on social media platforms.
Here are some ideas:
- Use hashtags that are popular in your location. For example, “#MiamiLifeStyle” or “#OrlandoRealEstate”.
- Target your specific ideal client. For example, “#InvestingInUSA” or “#InvierteDesdeEspaña”.
Does PlizPlaz already include any hashtags?
Yes, your hashtags will be added to those already included by default on all PlizPlaz-generated content. These hashtags are:
- #realestate
- #realestatemarket
- #property
- #realestategoals
- #realestatelifestyle
- #realty
- #househunting
- #homegoals
- #homesweethome
- #dreamhome
- #dreamhomefinder
- #realestateinvestor
We also include 3 hashtags that are directly related to the specific subject of each post.
Once you write your Personal Hashtags, remember to click Save to submit your changes before you move to a different section.
Branding Style
Overview
The Branding Style section allows you to customize the visual appearance of your PlizPlaz posts and videos by adding your personal branding elements, like your professional headshot, your name, or your logo. This feature enables you to create a more professional and personalized online presence.
Choose your Branding:
PlizPlaz will add a branding “capsule” to all your posts and videos. Here you can choose between the following options:
- Display Name + Headshot
- Display Name + Logo
- Headshot + Logo
Display Name: Set your desired display name to appear in your branding capsule.
Logo Upload: Upload your logo if you want to use it in the branding capsule, or if you want our team to customize our content with your specific color palette.
Headshot Upload: Add a professional headshot to enhance your personal branding and improve recognition by your audience.
NOTE: Images and Videos where other creators are credited won’t show your branding, but still will show your Personal Message and Personal Hashtags.
Remember to click Save to submit your changes before you move to a different section.
Social Accounts
Overview
The Social Accounts section provides a gateway to the PlizPlaz Social Dashboard, powered by Metricool®. This dashboard allows you to connect your social media accounts to PlizPlaz, edit your content before it gets posted, create/manage additional content, receive accounts analytics, and more.

Please, remember that changes only affect your future content and it might take between 24 and 48 hours to be reflected on your accounts.
